All artworks are securely packaged using professional materials to ensure safe delivery. Some larger pieces may be shipped in custom boxes or rolled in tubes for protection.
π Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on product pages.
πΈ Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at MonroePaintings@gmail.com.

Include photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
π¬ Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

First, check with neighbors or your local carrier.

If unresolved, contact us and we will help you initiate a claim.
For packages lost in transit (not delivered), we will work with the carrier to file a claim or issue a replacement when possible.
π Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of fine art and giclΓ©e prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
